Internet Problems

  • If you are experiencing issues with your Internet service one of the first things to try is rebooting your device. 

  • If that does not solve your problem reboot your router. Most routers are located in the basement and will look like one in the picture below. To do a reboot, simply unplug the router for 10 seconds and then plug back in. It will take several minutes for everything to boot back up. 


  • If this does not solve your problem, give us call.  It will be helpful to know what lights are showing on your router as we will ask you this.
