If you are experiencing issues with your Internet service one of the first things to try is rebooting your device.
If that does not solve your problem reboot your router. Most routers are located in the basement and will look like one in the picture below. To do a reboot, simply unplug the router for 10 seconds and then plug back in. It will take several minutes for everything to boot back up.
If this does not solve your problem, give us call. It will be helpful to know what lights are showing on your router as we will ask you this.
